Mission Context

The Technical Analyst elaborates the technical analysis and, based on the orientation given by Architecture, designs the solution in such a way that it can be implemented by a Developer. The technical solution must align with company standards concerning quality, performance, and resource usage.

Function Description

During the elaboration phase:

• Technical elaboration and documentation of the chosen solution alternative.
• Translation of functional requirements into technical requirements that can be handed over to a developer.

During the construction phase:

• Follow-up of development and testing to ensure coherence between the functional specifications and the developed solution.

In an Agile context, elaboration and construction are sliced and combined in sprints.

Education

• Master’s degree.

Telework

• Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking.

Agile Requirements

An analyst involved in Agile projects must have the "Agile mindset," which implies:

• A positive attitude and pragmatism.
• Thirst for knowledge: Agile is about learning and adapting. Knowledge sharing is key to success.
• Focus on team success: Agile is about the success of the team, not individual success or heroic behavior. Team success takes precedence over individual task completion.
• Continuous improvement: There is no failure, only feedback. Lessons are taken from every action, and adjustments are made based on feedback.

Beyond the role: Agile teams are cross-functional. All required disciplines (analysis, development, testing, etc.) are represented in the team. While team members have a primary role, they are expected to take on other roles and contribute to other disciplines whenever it helps toward achieving the sprint goal.

Required Experience / Knowledge

• Mandatory: At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience

• Mandatory:
• Knowledge of the concerned banking and technical domain.
• Knowledge of analysis methodology.

Business Experience

• Preferable: Specific requirement for Agile: practical experience with Scrum.

Soft Skills

• Rigorous and methodical.
• Adapts quickly and easily.
• Communicative.
