Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate with the HRBP Lead to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that drive business success.
  • Assist in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to people managers on HR matters, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making.


Talent Management & Development:

  • Support the HRBP Lead in identifying critical talent gaps and work with relevant teams to create targeted development plans.
  • Assist in leadership development initiatives and high-potential employee programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior HR team members


Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective implementation of employee engagement programs.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.


HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Enhance new joiner experience and support assimilation during and after onboarding
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regional and local employment regulations.
  • Analyze HR operations data to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior HR team members
  • Support initiatives and enhancement related to HR systems


Performance Management & Recognition:

  • Facilitate the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
  • Drive recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
  • Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.


What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):

Technical Competencies:

  • Master’s degree in human resources management
  • 6+ Years experience in HR domain in Global Organization/ Global Capability Center/MNC with diverse workforce
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with local labour laws and HR Practices across multiple regions and cultures
  • Proficient in MS Office, In-depth experience in at least one HR System.
