  1. Overall 8+ years’ experience in teams delivering custom IT/Digital solutions
  2. Have at least 2 years of experience managing end to end from concept to go live with a team of 10+ people (Just experience of scrum ceremonies is not sufficient)
  3. Shows typical PM skills such as
  4. Dealing with risks and issues
  5. Effort estimation and planning
  6. Has dealt with project initiation at least once
  7. Has dealt with go live at least once
  8. Delivering with tech stack that is ether custom web app or data app
  9. Shows understanding of business case, RoI/Value
