Job description
Missions:
• Support the PR Coordinator and Communications Director with all day-to-day tasks and administrative duties
• Coordinate and manage all UK/IRE press, VIP and influencer sample loans
• Liaise with magazines, stylists and talent to ensure samples are returned on time, ensuring these are logged in an organised manner
• Prepare daily, seasonal and men's and women's fashion week press, and social media coverage reports to communicate internally to the business where TOD'S and Hogan have been credited
• Support the PR Coordinator in the organisation of the showroom
• Assist in preparing all press and talent gifting with PR Coordinator
• Liaise with all couriers to arrange domestic and international shipments
• Maintain up to date media, influencer and VIP databases
• Support and assist in the coordination of press and retail events where necessary
• Be responsible for compiling competitor analysis and industry reports
Profile:
• Previous experience working in a PR agency or in-house PR team, fashion background preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
• Energetic, resourceful, flexible, and hands-on approach to tasks
• Proactive and assertive reactions to key business requirements in a timely manner
• Have a thorough knowledge of the fashion business, media landscape, public relations, marketing, and social media
• Have strong interpersonal skills and can build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, both within the business and externally
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint are essential
