HR Coordinator | Central London | £35,000 - £40,000

The Role

We're seeking an HR Coordinator to support the internal HR function in their Central London office. This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone early in their HR career who wants to develop their skills within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage background checks, new hire documentation, onboarding processes, and leaver administration
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, process benefit changes, and prepare HR documentation including promotion and contract variation letters
  • HR Projects: Support annual performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and other firm-wide HR initiatives
  • Employee Support: Respond to HR queries relating to systems, benefits, and policies with professionalism and discretion
  • Benefits Administration: Work alongside the HR Business Partner and Payroll Manager to administer employee benefits
  • Policy Management: Assist with annual handbook updates and policy maintenance


Essential Requirements

  • Degree-educated
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and regulations
  • Previous HR systems experience (Workday experience highly desirable)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
