We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and reliable Junior Portfolio Manager to join our investment team. In this role, you will work closely with senior decision-makers and contribute directly to both the strategic and operational development of our portfolio management and investment processes.This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and to help shape the future of our investment offering. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Portfolio Management team in developing and implementing investment strategies.
- Monitor global financial markets and macroeconomic trends to inform investment decisions.
- Assist in portfolio analysis, performance tracking and client reporting.
- Prepare tailored investment proposals for high-net-worth individual clients.
- Participate in trading activities and support execution processes.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools and workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Maintain high standards of diligence, accuracy, and reliability in all tasks.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and actively contribute to their implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of portfolio management, asset allocation, and macroeconomics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (German is a strong plus; Italian and French are advantageous).
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Passion for financial markets and investment topics; regular market following is a plus.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in finance or asset management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python, Bloomberg and Reuters Workspace is an advantage.
