Talent is recruiting for our leading financial services client for Junior Business Analyst to join their team on a 9 month daily rate contract.

This position offers flexibility to work full-time or, if preferred, part-time (up to 20 hours per week).

This role is highly collaborative and requires strong technical and interpersonal skills. You will work across business and technology teams to ensure automated control activities are well-documented, compliant, and effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document detailed business, technical, and data requirements for control automation.
• Support solution design reviews and secure formal approvals and sign-offs.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth hand-off and deployment of automated controls.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and other administrative records.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and internal control standards.

Key Requirements - Senior Business Analyst:

• 2-3 + Years as a Business Analyst with exposure to Technology/ Risk and Controls Automation within banking or financial services - A Must
• Technology Risk exposure

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to document requirements, facilitate workshops, and support project delivery.
• Motivated to learn, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
• AI & Automation Experience (Highly Regarded), or a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies.
