We’re looking for a versatile and motivated Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and scale high-quality web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy solving technical challenges, working with modern frameworks, and collaborating in a remote-first, cross-functional environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications
• Build reusable front-end components and ensure responsive design
• Implement server-side logic, APIs, and database structures
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver new features
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot bugs and contribute to continuous improvements
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development
• Stay up-to-date with new tools, frameworks, and industry trends

✅ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in full stack or software development
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one front-end framework (React, Vue, Angular)
• Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Understanding of version control, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
