Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated individua to join Samsung Electronics Australia, as our Head of New Growth and Monetisation! You will be responsible for defining and executing Samsung MX’s strategic roadmap across Australia, focusing on building new revenue streams, optimising cost efficiencies, and monetising services. This role will drive initiatives to deliver incremental value in new revenue growth through branded retail expansion, new partner growth and new monetisation engines such as app recommender, Samsung Wallet, and Samsung-branded gift cards.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure, and manage new strategic partnerships to diversify channels and revenue streams.
  • Lead launch and commercialisation of Samsung-branded gift cards and related services.
  • Develop and scale monetisation initiatives in app recommender, Samsung Wallet, and adjacent services.
  • Identify and execute on capital efficiency opportunities across retail fixtures, marketing, and supply chain.
  • Build a structured 3–5 year roadmap for revenue diversification and margin improvement.
  • Lead scenario planning, business casing, and ROI modelling to support investment decisions.


Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategy, business development, or commercial leadership in technology, retail, or telco.
  • Proven success delivering multi-million-dollar revenue growth and cost optimisation programs.
  • Strong financial modelling, ROI analysis, and commercial acumen.
  • Track record of launching and scaling new revenue streams in digital services or consumer tech.
  • Experience in partner negotiation and ecosystem development.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability at C-level.
