About the Role: As a .NET Developer, you will be integral to our consulting team working across large Industry and Government accounts, responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that align with our Agile Project Delivery Methodology (PDM). You will design, build, and deploy key systems to modernise the delivery across our client's platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy software using modern development frameworks and adhering to best practices and security standards, including S.O.L.I.D design principles, with the following requirements:
    • A Minimum of 3-5 years experience in developing complex project solutions using C# .NET 3.5, 4.X, .NET Core, Xunit, Nunit and MSTest;
    • A Minimum of 3 years experience in front-end web development using Angular 9, HTML 5, CSS3 and TypeScript;
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience developing solutions using Azure PaaS and SaaS and a good understanding of Azure Function, ServiceBus, Blob, KeyVault and WebAPI;
    • Experience in developing REST APIs, Azure Functions and Microservices; and
    • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure DevOps CI/CD.
  • Create unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure robust, high-quality code (Unit Testing with frameworks like: (MS Test, VS Unit Test Framework, Jasmine etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver key project milestones.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support during deployment.
  • Attend daily Scrum stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings and align with to project goals.
Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer within medium to large organisations, particularly in government or enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET frameworks, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proficient in developing web applications using modern web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, Angular/React).
  • Experience with service integration, REST APIs, and modern authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
  • Ability to work on-site in Melbourne CBD at least three days a week, in line with our client's hybrid working policy.
