• Support enhancements and optimisation across everyday banking products

• Assist in simplifying customer experiences and strengthening product value

• Contribute to digital engagement initiatives and improvements across key touchpoints

• Monitor core commercial, customer, and risk metrics, providing clear reporting

• Analyse customer behaviour, product performance, and market trends to generate insights

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consistent and aligned outcomes
  
  

• Experience in a Product Analyst role or similar, ideally within financial services

• Exposure to everyday banking, deposit, or payment products

• Understanding of product pricing, performance drivers, or financial analysis

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights

• Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills

• Experience working in digital or fast-paced environments is advantageous
