Exciting Project-Based Opportunity as a People and Culture Coordinator
I am currently recruiting a 12-month fixed-term role that will play a key part in supporting a dynamic, results-driven organisation helping with mergers and acquisitions working for a healthcare organisation.
Role: People & Culture Coordinator
Location: Based in Sydney Inner west (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Salary: $90,000 + super
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys systems work, and wants exposure to complex M&A projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the integration of multiple acquisitions across the business
- Managing HRIS administration (Dayforce experience highly advantageous)
- Issuing contracts, setting up employment profiles, and ensuring compliance
- Providing guidance on awards and entitlements
- Collaborating with line managers and practice teams during transitions
What we're looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in P&C or HR administration
- Strong HRIS skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of NES, Fair Work Act, and Modern Awards
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
