Your new role

As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex ICT projects, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will manage interdependencies across multiple systems and agencies, coordinate technical teams and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  
• Manage risk registers, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when required.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  
• Prepare status reports, maintain RAID logs, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
  
• Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and reviews to facilitate decision-making and drive progress.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong project management background with experience delivering shared digital platforms.
  
• Technical ICT expertise with a practical understanding of system integrations.
  
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
  
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
  
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
