With a commitment to quality and innovation, they have built long-standing relationships with both local and international suppliers.
Your new role
A key aspect of this position involves liaising with international stakeholders, as the client sources a significant portion of building materials from overseas suppliers, particularly China. The successful candidate will ensure programmes are meticulously planned and tightly managed to guarantee timely delivery of materials and avoid delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of multi-residential projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, ensuring critical timelines are met.
- Liaise with international suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate material deliveries.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the local market, delivering multi-residential or similar projects.
- Strong track record of successful project completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience dealing with international suppliers.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex programmes.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project management principles.
