About the Role
[Fixed-term role | 6 months]
Are you motivated by creating a safe, compliant, and positive work environment?We are looking for an HR Business DeliverySpecialist to join our People Services Network (PNS) on a six-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will manage Employee Relations cases, support monitor labor compliance, and support key HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations (Top Priority):
- Manage Employee Relations cases (PIPs, RIFs, performance issues, disciplinary actions).
- Lead conversations with employees and managers.
- Identify root causes and escalate/partner with appropriate stakeholders to find solutions.
- Support the PNS team when implementing new policies and processes driven by labor regulations.
- Support with coordinating necessary updates to ensure compliance.
- Administrative ownership (committee meetings, minutes, follow-ups).
- Vendor management support.
- Assist with HR initiatives and provide manager support across business units.
- Support manager to enhance employee experience.
- Strong partnership with Legal, People Operations and COEs.
- Experience in Employee Relations.
- Familiarity with LATAM labor laws.
- Background in HR or Legal.
- Workday (preferred but not required).
- Experience in participating in HR projects and initiatives.

Summary
- Support the local HR team in addressing the evolving needs of various Business Units (BUs) as the organization continues to grow. - Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and processes that ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, particularly in matters related to Employee Relations. - Support resolution on tier 3 HR requests (PIPs, RIF, disciplinary actions) - Support Managers to enhance employee engagement. - Perform administrative Health & Safety processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. - In office support for Regional New Hire Orientation sessions – once a week -
