Junior Scrum Master

We’re looking for a Consultant / Scrum Master to join our client’s team and play a key role in shaping high-impact digital transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve operational efficiency and enhance services for end users and citizens, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

In this role, you will support digital and organizational transformation by helping teams optimize processes, improve service delivery, and drive continuous improvement. You will act as a facilitator and connector, ensuring that Agile ways of working are applied effectively while enabling smooth collaboration between stakeholders. You will be involved in both launching new initiatives and supporting ongoing projects, ensuring delivery stays on track and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance, escalating when necessary
• Create a safe and collaborative team environment focused on transparency and improvement
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and value-driven delivery
• Promote Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization
• Contribute actively to Agile knowledge-sharing and continuous learning initiatives
  
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• 0-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or within an Agile environment
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Azure DevOps
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with a working knowledge of French
• Available for a full-time position
• Proactive, team-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Experience in the public sector is a bonus, but not required
