We're looking for a Digital Analytics expert (Dutch or French) to join one of our clients' teams.
What are your responsibilities?
- Define digital measurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decisions.
- Cross-analyze various data sources (SEO, heatmaps, AB tests, surveys…) for deep insight.
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and conduct CRO audits.
- Develop testable hypotheses and run A/B and multivariate tests.
- Analyze experiment results using statistical significance frameworks.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage tag implementation via a tag management system (e.g. GTM).
- Ensure proper cookie policy and GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate with UX, PO, developers, copywriters, and analysts.
What are your qualifications?
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, and experimentation.
- Advanced skills in JavaScript, SQL, BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience with CRO platforms.
- Proficient in creating dashboards and data visualizations.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- Ability to translate business needs into analytics strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid time management; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance and cookie management.
- Experience working in cross-functional digital teams (UX, PO, Dev…).
