Role: Business Analyst/ Product Owner with PHP exp

We are hiring a results-driven Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong technical expertise in PHP-based systems (Laravel, Zend, PHP 8.0) and proven experience in enterprise application modernization and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision, roadmap, and releases aligned with business goals.

• Convert business needs into measurable outcomes.

• Prioritize features based on ROI, feasibility, compliance, and user impact.

2. Requirements & Analysis

• Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and process mapping.

• Analyze legacy PHP applications and document user stories, FRDs, and process flows.

• Identify risks in legacy code, performance, and security.

3. Technical Collaboration & Backlog Management

• Partner with engineering, QA, and architects to refine and deliver backlogs.

• Support refactoring, modernization, and integration efforts.

• Promote clean code standards, CI/CD, and test coverage.

4. Agile & DevOps Execution

• Drive Scrum ceremonies and manage Jira boards.

• Work with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and environment readiness.

• Support UAT, releases, and post-production activities.

5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Act as the voice of the customer across US, ANZ, and APAC.

• Facilitate workshops, present prototypes, and manage change requests.

6. Quality, Compliance & Security

• Ensure adherence to ISO 27001/27701 standards.

• Integrate security checks into the SDLC.

• Collaborate with QA on test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation, productization, and optimization.

• Leverage AI tools (AiDE® Platform) for insights and prioritization.

• Contribute to innovations in data pipelines, ETL, and PWA/mobile.
