You’ll manage Windows devices, software deployments, and user support, occasionally assisting with third-party coordination and process improvements. This full-time role (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00) may require occasional evening or weekend work.
While part of a global team, you’ll work autonomously day-to-day and travel as needed between our Dublin offices and to our Bristol site quarterly.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st–3rd line technical support to internal users, ensuring timely issue resolution via Remedy/ITSM.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN, access points, VPN).
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows hardware, software, and desktop environments using SCCM, Intune, and related tools. Support and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and video conferencing systems (Webex, Teams).
- Perform PC imaging, software deployment, and backup management.
- Provide administrative support within Active Directory.
- Assist in tool/process rollouts and coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Stay current with evolving technology and best practices.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical or desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networks, and systems management tools (e.g., SCCM, BitLocker, Intune).
- Experience with VPN (Cisco AnyConnect preferred) and basic scripting/automation beneficial.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend support.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable approach.
