Your Role as a VC Intern
Deals Scouting and Screening
Curiosity and Initiative: Embrace a spirit of exploration and innovation, always seeking to improve processes and workflows
Startup Enthusiasm: Demonstrate a genuine passion for startups and innovation, staying on top of cutting-edge developments in the field
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of vibe coding and AI native tools
Analytical Problem-Solver: Tendency in critically evaluating the problem ahead, with a talent for building solutions to solve it

Your Role as a VC Intern
Deals Scouting and Screening
- Scout the best Italian founders researching platforms like LinkedIn and Lighthouse, and engaging in ecosystem initiatives
- Keep an eye on our deal flow using Attio, assess inbound applications, and participate in initial calls with founders
- Support the Vento team in building and maintaining internal tools to streamline deal flow, portfolio management, and operational processes
- Leverage platforms like Zapier, n8n, and Notion to optimize internal operations
- Support the team in engaging the founders' community by contributing to the organisation of meetups, masterclasses, or similar
