Want to shape the future of legal services behind the scenes? We’re looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join our People & Culture team, where your proactivity, positivity and expertise can make a real impact!
How you’ll make an impact:
- Overseeing and managing the full cycle of recruitment process: job advertisement, campaigns, proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Closely working with Student associations and initiatives (ELSA Lithuania, Sorainen Student Academy, career fairs, etc.)
- Advising and supporting our people regarding the firm’s people and culture policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee-related information records in HRIS and handling personnel-related documentation
- Assisting with internal communication (on people and culture related topics), initiatives and events
To succeed in this role you need:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field, preferably within a professional services sector
- University degree in psychology, human resources or a related field
- To be fluent in English & Lithuanian
- Knowledge of Lithuanian labour legislations and HR best practices
- Experience working with HRIS

Monthly salary for this position is starting from 2700 EUR gross (the final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies and professional experience).
