You will:

• Design and implement software components and modules with a strong focus on architectural impact and long-term maintainability
• Translate design specifications into high-quality, reliable, and efficient software solutions
• Develop code in accordance with quality standards, usability principles, and regulatory requirements
• Create and maintain unit, integration, and component-level tests to ensure software robustness
• Work in alignment with established team processes and development standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to define and implement software interfaces
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Agile/Scrum practices
• Participate in design discussions and provided architectural input to influence system-level decisions

You have/are:

• 8+ years of experience in C++ development for real-time and performance-critical systems
• Strong experience working with large, complex codebases, including modernizing and enhancing legacy systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI agents) to improve engineering productivity
• Proven commitment to software quality through testing, peer reviews, and CI/CD practices
• Deep understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and concurrency
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on maintainability and scalability
