We are looking for experienced Quarkus Backend Developers to join our team for a project in Lisbon. The ideal Developers should have strong experience in Java microservices development, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices, with excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.

Overview / Summary:
We are looking for experienced Quarkus Backend Developers to join our team for a project in Lisbon. The ideal Developers should have strong experience in Java microservices development, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices, with excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Develop and maintain microservices using Java and Quarkus.
- Apply DevOps practices to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases.
- Implement messaging and streaming solutions using Kafka.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar (preferred).
- +4 years of experience, including extensive work with Java and Quarkus microservices.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Experience with reactive programming (Mutiny, Hibernate Reactive, etc.) (plus)
- Experience with Angular (plus)
- Java certifications.
- Cloud-related certifications.
- Kubernetes certifications.
