📝 Rol y responsabilidades
Implementación y distribución de software
- Definir componentes y políticas de despliegue.
- Operar la infraestructura de implementación.
- Mantener la solución de gestión de clientes.
- Distribución automatizada de software estándar.
- Distribución bajo demanda (software estándar y no estándar).
- Mantenimiento de herramientas de distribución y arquitectura SCCM.
- Gestión del empaquetado de software, también para escritorios virtuales.
- Participación en el proceso de validación de aplicaciones.
Gestión de la imagen maestra
- Definir, crear y mantener la imagen maestra corporativa.
- Operar autoservicio de masterización del SO.
- Gestionar actualizaciones continuas (WaaS) y parches.
- Actualizaciones de controladores.
- Soporte de tercer nivel con fabricantes (Microsoft, etc.).
- Mantener y validar scripts existentes.
- Verificar la imagen maestra para cada entorno.
Certificación y hardware
- Certificación de hardware y drivers.
- Gestión de configuración del cliente (GPO u otras herramientas).
- Validar y mantener compatibilidad en dispositivos estándar y no estándar.

✔ PowerShell avanzado
✔ Windows 11
