The Methods team is in charge of core components and algorithms in the NC platform. From LLM-powered engineering documentation parsing, to 3D deep learning algorithms, and CAx integrations, they deliver tools allowing engineers to redefine engineering workflows with AI at the center. You’ll report to the CTO and be responsible for structuring the methods roadmap based on user needs and high-level strategy, setting priorities, and orchestrating delivery while ensuring constant iterations with design partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a user centric product: work with design partners across the verticals, the application team and strategic customers to identify the most valuable components to build; place product bets for the methods team and select the right design partners to iterate with towards the best outcome.
- Own development roadmaps: coordinate with other product managers, squad leads and vertical teams to align timelines and delivery. Work with engineers to build realistic roadmaps based on our capacity, while ensuring we ship reliable components. Run continuous iterations with design partners to test our ideas, designs and prototypes as we implement, and collect high-quality feedback on existing features.
- Communicate effectively insights and plans: structure insights, material and communications to ensure key stakeholders across engineering and GTM have the necessary visibility and information in a timely manner to drive all decisions around.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in product management or solution engineering for complex, technical software products.
- Proven track record of building and delivering high-impact, specialized, technical tools that customers adopt at scale (engineering, simulation, CAD/CAE, or AI is a plus, but not a requirement).
- Comfortable working with reference customers and cross-functional stakeholders (CAx, software/ML engineering, customer success, marketing)
- Strong product management discipline: clear problem framing, outcomes, and prioritization.
- Structured and outcome-driven
- Comfortable making trade-offs in a changing environment, and drive to lead others with clarity through uncertainty.
- Excellent listener and communicator
- Strong user empathy, coupled with analytical thinking
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders
- Join a high-growth, mission-driven company building the Intelligence Layer for engineering.
- Shape next-generation AI applications that accelerate hardware innovation across automotive, aerospace, electronics, and energy.
- Work closely with passionate and talented people across engineering, design, and AI.
- Help customers go from “manual engineering” to AI-assisted product design at scale.
- Benefit from a competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we continue to scale.
- Thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where your work is visible and recognized.
- Make a global impact by helping customers shift to AI-assisted design, making innovation faster, smarter, and more sustainable.
- Balance life and work with a hybrid model and flexible hours—we care about results, not rigid schedules.
