About the Programme
The Code First Girls Mid-Level Accelerator Programme is designed for women with 1.5+ years of technical experience who want to deepen their skills and accelerate into new technology roles.
This 16-week programme combines advanced technical training with real-world project work and professional development.
Upon successful completion of the programme, the graduates will have upgraded their skills and will have the opportunity to be considered for a new technology role within DB Global Technology Romania.

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Python applications, ensuring clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions, contributing to innovative projects.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and best practices.
- Stay proactive in learning new technologies and tools, bringing fresh ideas and a positive attitude to the team.
- Basic experience with Python and a passion for technology.
- Foundational understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
