About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager who will support efficient project delivery by ensuring smooth communication, structured workflows, and accurate tracking of ongoing activities.

The Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Manager and project teams to consolidate information, maintain documentation, support communication efforts, and contribute to the coordination of resources and operational planning.


Responsibilities


Project Coordination

  • Consolidate project information (schedules, data requests, assignments).
  • Track tasks, progress, and deliverables with the project team.
  • Support the Project Manager in maintaining workflows and schedules.
  • Manage documentation, databases, and activity tracking.


Communication & Meetings

  • Support key meetings: take minutes, track actions, and manage scheduling.
  • Prepare and distribute project communications and updates.
  • Create and review project status reports.


Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams and independently.
  • Foster a positive team environment and help manage tensions when needed.
  • Conduct research and support customer-facing interactions.


Leadership Contribution (Based on Seniority)

  • Manage or coach small teams when applicable.
  • Contribute to production and asset strategies.
  • Support resource planning and annual operational objectives.
  • Assist in budgeting and expenditure monitoring.


Qualifications & Background

  • Knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Project Server).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven organizational abilities: capable of meeting deadlines, managing priorities, and adapting to changing needs.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in French
