For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager for a long contract based in Stockholm, Sweden

Formal Requirements & Mandatory Experience: Profile & Merits
- Several years of documented experience leading and implementing complex IT projects in large organizations with multiple stakeholders across operations and IT.
- Strong understanding of both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all organizational levels, in Swedish and English.
- Experience reporting to steering groups and management teams.
- Proven capability to lead project and solution teams.
Meritorious (Preferred) Experience:
- Experience implementing system support for category planning and transformation.
- Experience driving change projects in retail or assortment management.
- Certifications in project and change management, such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Personal Qualities:
- Natural leader able to build consensus and support for strategic plans.
- High level of collaboration, integrity, and strategic mindset.
- Humble, driven, and courageous leadership style.
Essential Skills
- Leading and implementing complex IT projects in large organizations
