Project Manager

Requirements -

• Several years of documented experience in leading and implementing complex IT projects in larger organizations with many stakeholders, both in operations and IT.
• Good understanding of both agile and traditional project methods.
• Ability to communicate freely and confidently with all levels of the organization, in both Swedish and English.
• Experience reporting to steering groups and management teams and leading project and solution teams.
• Experience in implementing system support for category planning and transformation.
• Experience in driving change projects in retail or assortment management.
• Certification in project and change management (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Personal qualities Natural leader with the ability to create consensus and understanding for strategic plans.
• High level of collaboration, integrity and strategic ability. Humble, driven and courageous in their leadership.
