What we're waiting for you?

• Graduates of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems undergraduate programs from universities.
• Min. 5 years of professional work experience in data analytics field.
• Experience in translating data analysis insights into business language.
• Strong curiosity and desire for continuous improvement about data analytics.
• Ability to orchestrate multiple projects and priorities in alignment with business KPIs and handle challenging deadlines.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (especially excel and ppt).

What you'll do?

• Translate complex business (marketing, crm, sales) objectives and data requirements into actionable insights and scalable analytical solutions.
• Manipulate and analyze large, complex datasets -primarily customer and campaign data- to extract meaningful patterns, trends and key insights.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support to marketing and CRM departments, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
• Develop and implement predictive models for customer segmentation, customer-based predictions, and campaign optimization.
• Leverage customer and campaign data to design data-driven strategies that maximize ROI and enhance customer engagement.
• Evaluate campaign feasibility, measure performance, and deliver clear, actionable reports to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams and business stakeholders to drive data analytics-based decision-making.
• Stay up to date with emerging customer experience, campaings and data analytics trends.
