As a Talent & Culture Intern, you'll learn about many aspects of people operations and recruiting, including employee experience, coordination, onboarding, employer branding, and etc. You can work with various areas of HR to support the following initiatives:
What You’ll Do
- Recruiting and sourcing new talent for MoneyPay
- Entering employee data into the company record keeping system (SAP)
- Assisting with creating a positive candidate experience through the interview and onboarding processes
- Coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding training efforts
- Assisting with projects and assignments related to annual HR processes
- Communicating with parties inside and outside of the HR function
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelors' student working towards a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree
- Able to commit to a 12-month internship period
- Able to work minimum 3 days per week
- Passionate about providing outstanding candidate & employee experiences
- Interest in employee engagement, company culture and employer branding
- Communicate well with others and have strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starters who are results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks
- Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Microsoft office tools/programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in SAP is a big plus
- Previous work experience or internships in related field is a plus
