Stefanini Group is looking for a Cyber Security Junior IAM/PAM Analyst to complement the technical capabilities of our Security Operations Center (SOC), part of Infrastructure Services (INFRA) Division.
As a Cyber Security Junior IAM/PAM Analyst, you will play an important role in our cybersecurity operations, focusing on the management and monitoring of privileged access. You will assist in ensuring secure access to critical systems and sensitive information by supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes, including onboarding, monitoring, and lifecycle management of privileged accounts. Your work will help enforce security policies, maintain compliance, and support incident response related to privileged access, all under the guidance of senior team members.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist in managing privileged accounts, including onboarding, modification, and deactivation.
- Support the maintenance of credential vaults and perform routine password rotations.
- Monitor privileged sessions and help escalate unusual or unauthorized access activity.
- Follow established PAM workflows for access approvals, requests, and revocations.
- Assist with periodic reviews of privileged accounts and access rights.
- Support audit and compliance activities related to privileged access.
- Document PAM configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures.
- Work with IT and security teams to resolve access issues related to privileged accounts.
- Learn and apply PAM policies, procedures, and security best practices under guidance.
Job requirements:
- Basic understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts and tools.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn PAM platforms such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea, or similar.
- General understanding of privileged accounts, password vaults, and session monitoring.
- Willingness to follow PAM policies, procedures, and security best practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when performing access-related tasks.
- Good English communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with IT and security teams.
- Eagerness to learn automation, scripting, or basic integration (e.g., PowerShell, Python, APIs) is a plus.
- Professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive privileged access information.
- Entry-level security certifications (e.g., Security+, CyberArk/Delinea Associate) are a plus but not required.
