What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural design, hands-on coding, ideally within large-scale or complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of threat modeling methodologies and the ability to convert risks into business-level impact with actionable mitigation plans.
• Experience securing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bamboo, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Experience using compliance-as-code tools such as HashiCorp Vault
• Hands-on experience with application security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) and integration within development workflows.
• Knowledge of Secure SDLC, DevSecOps practices, code review techniques, and modern API security standards (OAuth2, JWT).
• Familiarity with industry security frameworks (OWASP) and secure coding principles.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient systems and applications.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and expertise in Zero Trust architecture patterns.
• Solid understanding of secure hashing algorithms, password storage practices, and modern authentication mechanisms.

How can you make an impact?

• Architect, implement, and continuously enhance secure system and application architectures across the organization.
• Lead threat modeling activities with project and product teams; assess risks, translate them into business impact, and define effective mitigation strategies.
• Define, document, and promote enterprise-wide security architecture principles, reference models, and standards.
• Champion DevSecOps practices and ensure security automation within CI/CD pipelines.
• Define security requirements for applications, APIs, and infrastructure while providing technical guidance and direction to engineering teams.
• Design and drive the implementation of Zero Trust architecture principles at enterprise scale.
• Contribute strategically to the continuous improvement of security tools, processes, governance models, and security posture.
