What do we expect you to bring?

• Responsible for collecting requests from business units and carrying out scope, analysis, and technical design studies related to projects/requests/problems in accordance with procedures,
• Executes design, development, improvement, standardization, and monitoring activities to ensure the most effective use of data architecture,
• Understands/improves requirements within the framework of defined procedures and standards, applies data preparation steps, performs data modeling and integrations,
• Ensures that data is collected from operational systems and transferred to the central data warehouse platform in line with defined needs and modeling rules,
• Designs and develops appropriate processes to enable end-to-end data traceability, and takes necessary actions to disseminate these processes within the organization,
• Determines the analysis, development, and testing efforts required to address requests from business units and manages the project schedule accordingly, ensuring that solutions are developed and deployed with the expected quality and in line with project expectations,
• Ensures that the project is managed in accordance with agile flows, coordinated with the project team, and implemented in compliance with standards,
• Develops data integration flows that enable the accumulation of data in the corporate data warehouse instantly, daily, or at defined intervals,
• Identifies, analyzes, develops, tests, and deploys improvement actions to ensure existing flows perform effectively in line with the model,
• Carries out activities for modeling data integrated into the data warehouse on reporting platforms to enable business units to access data independently, developing relevant data sets in line with the model, and visualizing them,
• Monitors data transfers and takes corrective and preventive actions by intervening immediately when necessary,
• Documents development activities in accordance with business processes,
• Manages the maintenance and operation processes of technologies and flows within data integration processes, takes part in the selection and integration of new technologies,
• Participates in planned studies with infrastructure teams and takes necessary actions regarding updates, improvements, and security matters for the applications under responsibility,
• Monitors the quality of 3rd party team members he/she works with, ensures they work productively with the right tasks, and shares information about their performance within the relevant processes,
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields,
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Modeling, ETL solutions/architectures and projects,
• Experience in development with Informatica ETL product or at least one similar ETL tool,
• Knowledge and experience in analytical reporting platforms (preferably Microstrategy, PowerBI),
• Proficient in relational database working principles and languages (SQL, TSQL, PL/SQL, etc.),
• Preferably knowledgeable and experienced in Big Data and Open Source technologies,
• Experience in working on Unix/Linux/Windows-based operating systems and scripting,
• Capable of conducting Performance/SQL Tuning studies,
• Familiar with software project management processes and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
• Skilled in effective interaction with business units, experienced in requirement gathering, effort estimation, and resource management,
• Continuous learner, self-developing, enjoys problem-solving, result-oriented, investigative, open to innovations, able to take initiative, proactive, and demonstrates a creative approach,
• Strong communication skills and team player,
• Able to adapt to an intense work pace with effective time management,
• Fluent in English.
