Data Analyst & BI Developer (On-site only)

Reports to: FP&A Manager / Head of Data & Analytics

Work Type: On-site only (Mon–Fri, office-based). No remote/hybrid.

We’re looking for a hands-on Data & BI Analyst who can manage our data warehouse (DWH) and deliver high-impact dashboards on Qlik or Power BI. You’ll model and govern data from ERPs into the DWH, then build cost reporting, operational KPI views, and financial analysis packs that leadership can act on.

• DWH Ownership: Design and maintain DWH/Lakehouse models; create/operate ELT pipelines from ERPs (SAP/Dynamics/Logo) and other sources.
• Data Modeling: Build robust star schemas (facts/dims), semantic layers, and reusable datasets for finance/operations; maintain definitions and data lineage.
• Qlik / Power BI Development: Deliver scalable dashboards for cost tracking, unit costs, OPEX/CAPEX, BvA, margin/variance bridges, and management packs; optimize performance (model size, aggregations, incremental refresh).
• Cost & Financial Analytics: Produce cost reports, variance analyses, and driver trees (volume/price/mix); support forecasting and scenario/sensitivity reviews with FP&A.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement validations, reconciliations to source (TB/subledgers/production logs), RLS/permissions, and documentation.
• Automation & Scheduling: Set refresh schedules; monitor failures & SLAs; streamline Excel extracts when needed.
• Stakeholder Enablement: Gather requirements, run UAT, publish apps, and create concise how-to notes for end users.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (IE/CE/SE), Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related
• 3–5+ years in Data/BI with end-to-end delivery (ingestion → modeling → visualization)
• Strong SQL and dimensional data modeling (facts/dims, keys, SCDs)
• Solid development experience in Qlik or Power BI (Power Query, DAX / Qlik expressions)
• Proven work with ERP data (SAP/Dynamics/Logo) and advanced Excel (Power Query, pivots, lookups)
• Willingness to work on-site in Istanbul (no remote/hybrid)

• Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/DWH, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines) or Azure Data stack (ADF/Synapse)
• Performance tuning (DirectQuery/Import/Composite, aggregations, partitioning, RLS/section access)
• Experience in mining/energy/industrial or FP&A analytics (BvA, unit-cost, operational KPIs)
• Version control & release management (Git; Dev/Test/Prod pipelines)
• Basic Python for data tasks and API/ODBC integrations
