Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: [Abu Dhabi, UAE]

Qualification:

• Project Management Software: Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, or similar tools.
• AI/ML Concepts: Strong understanding of key AI concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, deep learning, and predictive analytics.
• Data & MLOps Tools: Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow), and cloud environments (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Collaboration & Analytics: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 / Google Workspace; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management, with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically managing AI, ML, or data science projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end AI projects into production.
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and business analysts.
• Demonstrated experience with both Agile and traditional project management methodologies in a technology-driven environment.

Accreditations

• Project Management: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly required.
• Agile Methodologies: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or similar Agile certification.
• AI/ML (Beneficial): Certifications in AI/ML from major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate) are a significant advantage.
