About The Role

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We're looking for a Paralegal to work directly with the business and provide support to our growing Legal team in the UAE.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drafting, reviewing, and organising commercial contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents
• Managing corporate governance tasks across onshore and freezones in the UAE
• Assisting with regulatory submissions, licence renewals, and compliance documentation
• Supporting cross-border legal operations, coordinating with global teams
• Conducting legal research on UAE and international laws relevant to our business model
• Maintaining the contract management system and ensuring documents are up-to-date and properly archived
• Responding to queries raised by the local and global teams
• Assisting in dispute management, liaising with external counsel when required
• Helping to draft internal policies, templates, and playbooks to streamline legal workflows
  
  

What You'll Need

• A bachelor’s degree in law or related field from a recognised university (LLB preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal in a top law firm, financial institution, or fintech in the UAE
• A solid understanding of UAE commercial, corporate, and regulatory law
• Great organisational and time management skills
• A proactive mindset
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Experience conducting legal research in the UAE
  
  

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DIFC or ADGM frameworks
• Experience working in a fintech or regulated financial services company
• Familiarity with data privacy and consumer protection regulations
• Exposure to corporate secretarial work or licensing processes
