Assistant Project Manager – Abu Dhabi | AED 19,500–22,000 per month
A development entity based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support its project delivery team across a diverse portfolio. This role works closely with Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to assist with day-to-day coordination, planning, and tracking of project activities, while helping ensure smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.
About the Role
The Associate will play a key supporting role in project delivery, helping manage tasks, monitor progress, coordinate between departments, and maintain accurate project documentation. This position is well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop within a structured project management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist SPM/PM with daily task planning, team coordination, and project tracking.
- Support monitoring of project activities to ensure timely and compliant execution.
- Facilitate communication across teams and relay updates from the SPM/PM.
- Help resolve issues and escalate challenges where necessary.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and project records.
- Contribute to departmental strategies and small project coordination.
- Liaise with internal teams such as development, design, procurement, finance, operations, and project services.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities; prepare meeting minutes and project correspondence.
- Support preparation of presentations and regular weekly/monthly reporting.
- Gather and analyse data related to performance and departmental KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction, project management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in consultancy, project coordination, project management, or site operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to AutoCAD, InDesign, and data-management tools is advantageous.
