Position: Data Analyst – Market Research Team
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Market Research team.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Requirements:
- Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, R, and BI tools.
- Build forecasting, segmentation, and predictive models when needed.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI/Tableau.
- Create executive-level reports for business reviews and decision-making.
- Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance, accuracy, and automation.
- Standardize KPI definitions across teams.
- Identify manual or repetitive processes and automate them.
- Develop scripts and reusable analytical frameworks.
- Optimize SQL queries and data workflows to improve performance.
- Introduce new tools or best practices to enhance analytics efficiency
Qualifications skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data science, Statistics, or mathematics or a related field
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, optimization).
- Strong Python or R experience (pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries).
- Proficiency in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and database structures.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Soft skills:-

- Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
