Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, high-quality, and high-performance software using Python (and Golang, if applicable).
- Work with distributed worker and workflow orchestration frameworks such as Temporal, Celery, or similar technologies.
- Design efficient database schemas and write optimized SQL queries with a strong focus on performance tuning.
- Explore, evaluate, and adopt new technologies that enhance system capabilities and overall platform performance.
- Operate with high autonomy—take ownership of features, make pragmatic engineering decisions, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain exceptional standards for code quality, testing practices, and documentation.
- Proven experience building backend systems with Python (Golang knowledge is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with distributed task frameworks such as Temporal or Celery.
- Strong understanding of SQL, query optimization, indexing strategies, and database design principles.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance quality and speed effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
