Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient code integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability across cloud or on-premise environments.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to streamline workflows and resolve technical issues.
  • Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices across pipelines and production environments.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
  • Maintain and improve logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and Linux/Unix systems.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
