Akkodis is seeking a React Developer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI(Hybrid). Responsible for developing and maintaining web-based applications that manage cybersecurity access for vehicle ECUs.
Rate Range: $55/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
React Developer Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour

Requirements

React Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications that manage cybersecurity access for ECU updates (security keys/digital certificates) across plants, suppliers, and service teams.
- Build microservices and REST APIs using OO principles (e.g., Java/Spring Boot) and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/TypeScript/React/JavaScript).
- Practice Lean Agile/XP methodologies (pair programming, TDD, CI/CD), ensuring high-quality, test-first delivery and continuous integration/deployment.
- Collaborate in small, cross-functional, co-located teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions and prevent manufacturing stop‑ships.
- Implement and enforce coding standards through code reviews, automated testing (Karma, Jasmine, JUnit), and performance/security optimizations.
- Design and manage relational database schemas (e.g., PostgreSQL) and integrate with enterprise services (SOAP/WSDL/XML/SOA) where needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in web-based application development and 5 years in Agile practices.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented development using Angular, TypeScript, React, or JavaScript, and backend frameworks like Spring Boot with microservice architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban), test-driven development, and CI/CD tools, with knowledge of REST APIs and database design (PostgreSQL).
Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
