Contracts Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract strategy workshops and advise on contract types.
• Oversee the preparation, evaluation, and award of contracts.
• Manage post-award activities, including change orders, claims, insurance, and guarantees.
• Support project management in negotiating and resolving contractor claims.
• Review and improve existing contracts to optimize future projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Law, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of contract management experience in EPC contracts, with at least 4 years in the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Experience in supervising or overseeing contractors, subcontractors, or vendors.
• Strong knowledge of contract formulation, risk management, and project business functions.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
