Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Git and GitHub (including GitHub Actions)
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding of branching strategies, code review workflows, and automation best practices
- Familiarity with Jenkins (to understand current setup and ease migration)
- Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience with containerization and infrastructure as code (Docker, Terraform, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- At least Upper-intermediate level of English
- Lead the migration of existing CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions
- Review and refactor current Jenkins pipelines to ensure efficient and maintainable GitHub workflows
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal delivery risk
- Define and promote DevOps standards, documentation, and reusable templates
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve pipeline performance and reliability
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS Lambdas and networking, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with secrets management and security best practices for CI/CD
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
