As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be a working on testing automation critical deliverables for the packet core domain in Ericsson BEWS. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across geographies, design and develop complex features.

What you will do:

Develop test framework and test complex software features for the Private 5G packet core domain and management plane.

Engage in requirements discussions with stakeholders and translate them into test plan.

Peer review test cases/plan, build automation tests, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Debug and isolate production issues, providing quick resolutions.

Break down complex tasks into manageable components.

What you will bring:

Proficiency with scripting language such as Python

Cloud Technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Container, Microservices).

Private Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Ansible, Shell Scripting, Terraform

Tools for CI/CD (Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Sonar, Helm).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in LTE/5G Core

Experience in Security domain, IPSec

Experience with VPP data plane is a plus

Knowledge of programming languages like C++, Java or GoLang
