Job Summary:
This role is part of the Human Capital Advisory practice and focuses on delivering strategic HR Transformation solutions. It involves redesigning HR processes, implementing HR technologies, and supporting shared services and operating model design. The position demands strong consulting capabilities, proposal management expertise, and the ability to work with global stakeholders in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Human Capital Transformation initiatives aligning HR functions with strategic goals.
- Drive HR process redesign and operational efficiency improvements using people, process, and technology levers.
- Manage end-to-end HR Transformation project lifecycle from proposal support to strategy design and implementation.
- Conduct HR maturity assessments, benchmarking, and research.
- Perform stakeholder analysis, job impact assessments, and change management planning.
- Design HR processes using tools like ARIS and Visio.
- Utilize survey platforms such as Qualtrics for organizational insights.
- Prepare and manage HR RFPs and proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Conduct HR technology vendor assessments and provide PMO support.
- Maintain effective communication with onshore teams and clients.
- Own deliverables and manage client relationships to ensure project success.
- Support capability building and identify opportunities for KPMG Delivery Network to assist member firms.
Required Experience:
- 6+ years in HR consulting with a focus on HR Transformation and Advisory.
- Experience in HR Technology-enabled transformation projects (minimum 2+ years).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, Word, Visio, ARIS, OrgVue, and survey tools like Qualtrics and Survey Monkey.
- Familiarity with leading HR tech platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in proposal development and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate across teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Education:
MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, General Management, or Organizational Behavior from an accredited college/university.
