Expertise
· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, functioning effectively as both a Scrum Master and Business Analyst.
· Minimum 3 years of working experience on product development workstreams/workflows, contributing to product planning, requirement refinement, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
· Practical experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments, including facilitation of PI Planning, ART coordination, and cross-team collaboration.
· Mandatory Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
· Good to have: SAFe certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist.
· Demonstrated Project Management capability (minimum 2 years) in budgeting, project planning, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination.
· Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and related tools to produce insights, track KPIs, and support decision-making.
· Healthcare domain Project Management experience is mandatory.
· Hands-on working knowledge of JIRA and Azure DevOps is required.
· Excellent communication and consulting skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and CxO-level stakeholders.
