Digital Business Analyst
Location: Reading (Hybrid 2 – 3 days per week)
Day Rate: Competitive Day Rate (Inside IR35)
Duration: Initial 6 Months
Are you ready to shape the future of digital experiences for one of the world’s leading retailers? We’re on an exciting journey to bring our brand closer to customers through innovative digital solutions, and we’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our growing team.
As a major international retailer with hundreds of stores across Europe and the US, we’re expanding rapidly and investing heavily in technology. Following the successful launch of our first eCommerce platform and the rollout of Click & Collect, we’re continuing to innovate and deliver digital experiences that delight customers and drive business growth.
What you’ll do
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process evaluations.
- Translate requirements into clear acceptance criteria for agile product teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven digital solutions.
- Champion agile ways of working, ensuring processes and standards are followed.
- Work with Delivery Managers to remove obstacles and maintain productivity reporting.
- Build a strong understanding of existing systems to inform future solutions.
- Use data to inform decisions and identify opportunities to optimise digital performance.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Business Analysis or similar role within a digital environment.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of e-commerce, digital merchandising, SEO, content management, and tools like Figma.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Experience in Digital agile delivery and working with UX/UI researchers, designers and technical team
- Expertise on front end, digital products like CMS, merchandising systems
- Bonus: Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Ownership, SAFe) are a plus.
