Our client is an internationally recognised advisory firm known for its high standards and innovative approach. This is an excellent chance to join a forward-thinking firm and gain insight into sophisticated People Operations/HR practices within a polished, fast-moving professional services setting.


We’re looking for an impressive HR/people candidate to join the London team and play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on position suited to someone early in their career who is eager to broaden their experience across a wide range of HR functions.

Main Duties

  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Coordinate pre-employment checks, gather and process documentation, facilitate onboarding schedules, and manage exit procedures.
  • People Administration: Keep employee data accurate within Workday, action benefit updates, and produce formal documentation such as contract amendments and progression letters.
  • Project Involvement: Assist with cyclical processes including performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and firm-wide people programmes.
  • Employee Queries: Provide timely, professional guidance on policies, benefits, and system navigation.
  • Benefits Coordination: Partner with the People Business Partner and Payroll to ensure smooth administration of the firm’s benefits offering.
  • Policy & Compliance: Support updates to internal guidelines, manuals, and people policies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-level education
  • Understanding of UK employment legislation
  • Experience using HR systems (Workday is a bonus)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Capable of managing multiple deadlines in a busy environment
