The Role
The Junior Project Manager is the engine room of our Delivery team. You will be the right hand of a Senior Project Manager, working side-by-side to bring incredible office spaces to life. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role where you will learn the ropes of project management by doing - from being on-site to ensure quality and writing drafts of client updates to coordinating the army of suppliers required to launch a new operational workspace.
Once you have proven yourself, you'll also then take on the management of smaller projects.
You will be:
- The right hand: Acting as the interface between the Senior PM and the wider delivery team and supply chain (suppliers / contractors, design, operations), ensuring instructions are clear and nothing falls through the cracks
- Supplier chasing: Instructing suppliers and relentlessly chasing internal and external teams to ensure we are on track to hit ambitious milestones
- Owning communications: Producing the weekly client updates that keep our customers informed and excited about their new office progress
- Managing details: Taking ownership of the "Add and Omit" schedule, ensuring budget changes are tracked accurately
- Quality control: Managing snagging lists and site inspections to ensure the finish quality meets Kitt's high standards before handover
- Savings: Finding opportunities to cost engineer projects, working closely with the Senior Project Manager
- Leading small projects: Taking full ownership of smaller projects, such as mobilising an already pre-fitted space, giving you the autonomy to run a job from start to finish
You don't need prior construction experience to succeed in this role, but you do need relentless drive and energy. You are the type of person who loves a checklist and hates sitting still.
- You're highly organised: You can juggle multiple suppliers, dates, and urgent tasks without breaking a sweat
- You're a clear communicator: Whether it's chasing a supplier or updating a client, you are articulate, proactive, and professional
- You're high-energy: You are happy to be out on-site, moving between locations, and getting stuck in to get the job done

Interview Process
- One way video interview
- 1st round interview led by Senior Project Manager
- Final interview and task with COO and Founder(s)
